Return Policy
At Go-Kart Mode, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best experience for our customers. All returns are ultimately at our discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of potential fraud, abuse, or excessive/unreasonable return patterns. If we approve a refund beyond 30 days from the purchase date or without proof of purchase, it will be issued as a Go-Kart Mode store credit (or as required by
applicable local laws).
Full Return Policy
- New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund or online credit within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards) or for store credit at your discretion; sotre credit will be issued in the case of gift returns.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You must provide your email address at the time of purchase for a digital receipt or association with your GO-KART MODE account.
- Combined returns are prohibited.
- Returned labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
- Returns are subjected to a $7.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- To avoid shipping fee, select Store Credit as your method of return payment, the fee will be waived.
