MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many Go Kart Mode™ products are produced, printed, embroidered, assembled, or otherwise prepared after an order is submitted.

Because production may begin shortly after checkout, an order generally cannot be changed or canceled once fulfillment has begun.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, listed prices may not include taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply to an order.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed to fulfillment.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, technical, or calculation errors. If a material error affects an order already submitted, we may contact you, cancel the affected transaction, or provide a refund where appropriate.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted for fulfillment.

Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, fulfillment locations, shipping carriers, customs processing, holidays, severe weather, supply-chain conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Purchases are subject to the Go Kart Mode™ Return Policy.

Because many GKM products are made to order, certain purchases may not be eligible for return or exchange for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer's remorse, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any Go Kart Mode™ intellectual property.

LIMITED WEBSITE LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Go Kart Mode™ grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes.

TRADEMARKS & BRAND USE
