the Go-Kart Mode mobile application (the “App”) (the Website and App are
collectively referred to as the “Services”). The Services are operated by
Go-Kart Mode, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We believe that the privacy and
security of your information and personal data (“Information”) is very
important. This Privacy Policy (“Policy” or “Privacy Policy”) explains the type
of Information we collect from users of the Services, how that Information is
used, how the Information may be shared with other parties, and what controls
our users have regarding their Information. We encourage you to read this
Policy carefully.
Any updates or modifications to this Policy will be posted to our Website
on this page and on the App. By using or accessing the Services, you signify
that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Policy.
Our Services are operated in the United States but can be accessed
worldwide.

Types of Information
We may collect the following types of Information through our Services:

SMS Marketing Consent
By entering your phone number at checkout or subscribing through a sign-up form on GoKartMode.com, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Go-Kart Mode regarding your order updates, promotions, and brand news. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP.
